Used Line 6 Spider IV Guitar Combo Amp - 15Watt
The Line 6 Spider IV series is a line of digital modeling guitar amplifiers. They are known for offering a wide variety of built-in amp models, hundreds of presets, and various built-in effects.
Core Features & Technology
- Amp Models: The amps feature a distilled collection of celebrated American, British, and boutique tones. 4 unique amp models ranging from pristine cleans to aggressive high-gain and "Insane" tones. 4 Models (Clean, Crunch, Metal, Insane)
- Built-In Effects: The series utilizes Line 6 Smart FX. You can tweak effects like Chorus/Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, Delay, Tape Echo, Sweep Echo, and lush dedicated Reverb. Multiple effects can be used simultaneously.
- Presets & Artist Tones: Includes hundreds of presets designed by world-famous guitarists, bands, and Line 6 professionals. You can also save your own custom tones across 4 user-programmable channel banks (A, B, C, D).
- Hardware: Equipped with custom 8" Celestion® speaker. Many models feature a 3/4 closed-back cabinet design to provide a punchy, resonant low-end.
Common Controls & Connectivity
- Tone Controls: Includes a standard 3-band EQ (Bass, Mid, Treble). The EQ characteristics automatically adjust depending on which amp model you select to ensure authentic tone shaping.
- Gain & Volume: Independent Drive (Gain) knob, Channel Volume, and Master Volume.
- Tuner: Built-in chromatic tuner activated by holding the Tap Tempo button.
- I/O: 1/4" Guitar Input, 1/4" Headphone / Direct Out (for silent practice or connecting to a PA/mixer), and an 1/8" Aux Input to jam along to your own MP3s. It also features an RJ45 jack for connecting optional foot controller for hands-free switching and wah/volume manipulation.
