SHIPPING POLICY

We keep all our prices as low as possible and do not increase our online pricing as some businesses do to cover shipping, prices are the same online and in the stores.

ALL ORDERS UNDER $199.99 – have a flat shipping charge of $35.00. If you are local call us to find out about curbside pickup or local delivery options.

ALL ORDERS $200 and Over – qualify for a FREE Shipping Allowance, so depending on what you order and where you are the shipping allowance may cover all the costs of shipping, see below for possible exceptions.

LARGE, BULKY OR HEAVY ITEMS – still qualify for a partial Shipping Allowance but the extra charges for shipping some specific items (digital pianos, drum kits, heavy amplifiers or speaker cabinets etc.) means that some additional cost will be paid by the customer. You will be notified of these costs before any charges are made to your credit card.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS – customers must request additional carrier insurance and will be required to pay all costs related to the requested additional coverage, any damage or claims from shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and will be resolved between the customer and the carrier.

LOCAL DELIVERY – ask about the options for local delivery of large, bulky or heavy items, if you are within the Calgary city limits you may qualify for free delivery.

DISTANT DELIVERY – some rural locations and distant destinations designated to be outside the delivery company`s normal routes will be subject to additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – normally any additional duty, import, taxes, customs or other related charges will be the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at time of delivery by a third party (delivery company).

SIGNATURE REQUIRED – most orders will require a signature upon delivery - please specify if you do not want this delivery restriction.

CORRECT INFORMATION – please check your account information for delivery, we are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable/unclaimed due to incorrect information. Note: If the name on your billing address does not match the name on your credit card or if there are any other discrepancies with the credit card it will delay your order.

SHIPPING TIMES – we usually process orders within 1 or 2 days if the item is in stock. Delivery times will vary based on location and type of item ordered and can change based on unpredictable factors including product availability, weather, shipping volumes and carrier performance.
