Return & Exchange Policy
Most new products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original (as new) condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.
ALL returns must be pre-authorized so please contact us to confirm the process before sending anything back. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval may be rejected by our shippers. Return shipping costs for most items will be your responsibility.
If your purchase included a free shipping allowance, that amount will be deducted from the refund. Any additional shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Products with missing accessories or packaging, as well as products no longer in original condition, may still be exchanged or returned subject to a re-stocking fee. Upon review of the condition of the item, the restocking fees will increase to cover the loss of value related to the damage.
Restocking fees are determined based on a review of the condition of the item and the packaging once received at the store. The amount of the fees are at the sole and arbitrary discretion of Music Centre Canada.
Purchases made by credit or debit card must be returned on the card of original purchase. Purchases made using a credit on account or gift card will be refunded back to the same.
Some products cannot be returned.
Return Exceptions:
Financed orders and Special orders
Clearance and Final Sale items
Computer software and products with software that has been registered
Print music (books and sheet music)
Items with hygiene concerns, including; Harmonicas, Earplugs, In-Ear Monitors, Reeds, Microphones etc. unless in factory sealed packaging at the discretion of the Store. Pre-authorization is required.
Warranty Information
All warranties are through the manufacturer, please contact them directly for information. Each manufacturer handles things differently and for some specific brands we are an authorized repair depot. Any warranty repairs are 100% the responsibility of the manufacturer and they have to authorize any and all warranty repair work.
